BRAG Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Refund Policy

Strictly Non-Refundable: All BRAG membership payments, annual dues, semi-annual fees, activation charges, and event registrations are strictly non-refundable.

Final Sales: Once a transaction is processed, no refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated returns will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Dispute & Chargeback Protection

Chargeback Contestation: Because all sales are non-refundable, any attempt by a customer or member to initiate an unauthorized chargeback or transaction dispute with their bank or credit card company (e.g., American Express) will be formally contested.

Binding Terms: This policy serves as binding, documented proof that the customer agreed to the non-refundable terms prior to purchase.

3. Recurring Payments & Price Adjustments

Annual Renewal: Memberships operate as recurring yearly agreements that automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

30-Day Rate Change Notice: Members will receive at least a 30-day advance written notice prior to any upcoming rate changes or price adjustments taking effect on their membership renewal.

4. Cancellation & Reactivation Policy

Member Lapses: Members may cancel or discontinue their recurring membership at any time prior to their next billing date; however, previous payments will not be refunded.

Reactivation Fee: If a member cancels, lets their membership lapse, or drops off and wishes to re-engage or rejoin BRAG at a later date, a $99 non-refundable reactivation fee will be assessed upon re-entry.

5. Affiliate & Referral Payout Schedule

Quarterly Payout Hold: All affiliate commissions and referral rewards (e.g., $50 referral payouts) will be distributed on a quarterly schedule (Net 30). This schedule is maintained to verify payment completion and safeguard against fraudulent transactions or chargebacks.
