No. BRAG is built around real estate, real relationships, and real opportunities.
The Social Club creates more opportunities to connect in relaxed environments, while members can also access educational experiences, property tours, masterminds, the annual Expo, and other real estate-focused opportunities throughout the year.
02 What happened to the educational content? +
Educational content is still part of the BRAG experience.
BRAG is separating the social membership from specialized educational experiences so you can choose the opportunities that make the most sense for your goals.
Masterminds, property tours, roundtables, and other educational experiences may be offered at member pricing.
03 What if I can't make every event? +
You don't have to.
Your membership gives you access to the BRAG calendar throughout the year. You can choose the events and experiences that fit your schedule, interests, and real estate goals.
Think of your membership as your ongoing access to the BRAG network — not a requirement to attend everything.
04 What is included with my BRAG membership? +
Your membership provides access to the BRAG Social Club and its member benefits throughout the year.
Benefits include eligible social events, member discounts, access to select experiences, and member pricing on qualifying educational opportunities.
Specific event access and pricing are outlined in the BRAG Membership Calendar & Benefits so you always know what's included.
05 Are all BRAG events free for members? +
Not every event is included at no additional cost.
Some events are included with membership, some are available at a member discount, and certain educational experiences are available as member-priced add-ons.
The event calendar clearly identifies the applicable member benefit for each experience.
06 How does Mastermind access work? +
Mastermind access is included for members through December 2026.
Beginning in 2027, Masterminds will transition to a quarterly format with member pricing.
The 2027 member price will be published once the new pricing is finalized.
07 How much does BRAG membership cost? +
The membership price is $499
A semi-annual payment option is also available at $299.99 + a $49 activation fee.
08 Does my membership automatically renew? +
Yes. Annual membership automatically renews at the then-current membership rate of $499.
Members will receive notice of the upcoming price change before the renewal takes place.
09 What if I don't live in Philadelphia? +
BRAG is designed around in-person relationships and experiences in the Philadelphia real estate community.
If you're willing to make the trip for the events and connections that matter to you, membership can give you a way to stay connected to the BRAG network throughout the year.
10 Can I refer someone and earn money? +
Yes. BRAG members can participate in the BRAG Referral / Affiliate Program.
Earn $50 for each qualifying membership referral you generate.
The referral option is available as part of the membership signup process, so you can register and access your referral information directly.
